Genprex hosting fee details payable to Manhattan Street Capital
Genprex is committed to pay Manhattan Street Capital these fees;
- Cash of $15k with the option to pay $30k in equity instead of cash.
- Warrants with face value of $30k priced at the average of the recent market price for common stock, term 10 years.
These payments are not conditional on the success of the offering and are required to be paid if the IPO completes and if it does not complete.
